Payment Methods

Nursery

Once you have had your initial visit and you have agreed both the sessions that you require and next available start date, you will be ready to secure your place at the setting.

 We will need back from you-

  • A completed session application form
  • All about me form
  • Parent to setting contract form
  • Parental Agreement for the provision of FEE for two, three and four year olds
  • Eligibility for the EYPP form
  • Nursery Registration form
  • Signed social media form

Alongside these forms, we will require your deposit to secure your place.

 Deposits required-

Child attending for 15 hours per week and in receipt of government funding

  • A deposit of £31 will be required. This will stay on your account and will be used to pay your final Lunch money / consumable surplus charge. (Please refer to fee information)

Child attending for 30 hours per week and in receipt of government funding

  • A deposit of £31 will be required. This will stay on your account and will be used to pay your last Lunch money / consumable surplus charge. (Please refer to fee information)

Child attending any hours that are not covered by EY Funding (15/30hrs)

  • 4 weeks fees or £100.00, whichever is the lower amount. (Please note- the least amount of deposit required will be £31.00)

Please note, we will not be able to reserve / save or secure your place at nursery until we have received all of the above forms and your deposit.

We invoice on a four weekly basis. The invoice will clearly state the final date of the 4 weekly period. All payments MUST be paid by the date given. Please note, if you still have outstanding fees after this date, your child WILL NOT be able to attend nursery until your fees are brought back up to date. 

Before / After School Club

Once your sessions have been agreed with a member of the management team, and you have completed the contract / registration form (Contract can be downloaded by clicking here), your child will be able to start with immediate effect. As stated on your contract, we require a 4 weeks notice for any cancellation / change in sessions. We ask for your first 4 weeks payment as a deposit  to secure your place. Please note, we will ONLY secure your place once this deposit has been paid  and your contract / registration form has been returned (registration form can be downloaded by clicking here).

We except a wide range of payment methods which are as follows :

  • Send a cheque made payable to 'Leyland St James Wrap Around Care Groups'
  • Cash
  • Work placed payment schemes
  • Card payments (these can also be taken over the phone)
  • Two Year Old Free Government Entitlements - (Click here to check Eligibilty)
  • Three & Four Year Old Free Government Entitlements
  • College / University Supplements
